All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Ideation Media or its licensors. Client deliverables are governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ideation Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
